積極推動「社區照顧」為本的健康關顧理念，於港九各區發展社區護理服務。連繫長者、專業團隊及照顧者三方面推動各類健康服務計劃及護理培訓，為長者建立一個互助關懷的社區，讓長者能獨立及身心健全地於社區中安老。
