在 1980年初的香港，有一群十多位的長期糖尿病患者，因長期患病而深知疾病的痛苦，他們便團結及計劃起來，組成了義工團隊，致力服務窮困的糖尿病人，鼓勵病者能夠積極就醫、重執信心，從而減低疾病的恐懼。
Aim

2. 組織本地糖尿病患者，透過活動參與， 促進互助互勉的精神，控制糖尿病；
