Introduction
Alliance of Ex-Mentally Ill of Hong Kong was established in July 31, 1999 which is the first alliance of ex-mentally ill rehabilitation organization in Hong Kong. It promotes rehabilitation themselves together, expresses the needs of strengthening communication with the public and the government, in order to enhance mutual understanding and acceptance, and actively seek reasonable rights of ex-mentally ill persons.
