青暉婦女會2000年成立，前身是香港青暉社婦女部，自行籌款在湖南興建希望工程小學。至今已開辦15年，培育學生過千人，會員超過600人。曾舉辦齊揚中華文化書畫比賽，曾申請社區投資共享基金兩個計劃，當中[愛家教室計劃]，獲得兩個獎項。在2004年註冊為慈善團體，主要服務是婦女培訓，興趣班組。

鼓勵婦女關注社會，參與社區發展,團結互助; 爭取婦女權益，促進家庭融洽; 提倡終身學習，確保男女平等; 進行有關救災、扶貧等慈善捐贈工作; 推廣及組織具慈善性質而有益於社區之文化康樂活動; 開展有關德、智、體等教育事業。
